I think your body tries to cool down if you drink one.

Right. Your body sweats from hot things, which tells your body to cool down.

But if you drink something cold when you're hot, you'll only get hotter...

Hm... You know, I never really thought about it? I don't drink a whole ton of tea. Maybe something with some more spice would be good. There are teas with cinnamon, right?
