Oh so the goal is get them all in one strike, otherwise it’s less likely you’re going to get them all. Right…
[ hold on he’s gonna try — there’s a decent amount of strength behind it, and rng gave me a 12 so I’m gonna say it veers slightly to one side and he knocks down a half of them. ]
Even if you hit it dead centre it’s not guaranteed to knock them all down.
Yeah! Also, I think you get more points if you knock them all down at once? Like, at the end, someone who's gotten all of them in one roll will be the winner even if the other person knocked down half the first time and half the second time for every roll...
[do i know how bowling rules work? no i do not, even though i have been bowling a lot]
[she makes a face as the machinery clears them off and sets down a new batch of pins.]
The worst thing is when you get all of the ones in the middle, but the two at opposite corners are still up. [grabs a ball, rolls it, and... split!] ...agh, did I jinx it?!
[she squints at it, picks up her bowling ball when it returns, and... rolls it down! it teeters precariously close to the gutters. they are not using the bumpers, because fuck that.
at the last second, it swerves into the gutter on the right, just tapping the rightmost pin - and sending it flying a bit to the left. unfortunately, it doesn't knock over the leftmost pin. it lands a bit behind it.
It really is just a game, though. Don't worry! No matter how this turns out, I won't tell anyone about it, so if you don't like how it ends we can just pretend it never happened.

Go for it, teacher. Show me how it's done.

Gotcha. The goal is the most points, preferably in the first roll.
