[ conversely, kon is doing his utmost best to keep his mouth shut so that he doesn't get a scathing look that might lead to a failing grade. he's predisposed towards questioning teachers at every turn, and it's so hard to resist saying something to challenge the doctor.

theoretical physics is, theoretically, useful. it helps us understand a lot of things that we couldn't have without the work that's been done, and does give us gateways to understanding things that we can only dream of.

i'm only good for that in the pop culture sense, not really so much the... acting and taking photos sense.

but we really can't let them think that's the peak form of entertainment. not when it would probably qualify as a war crime under the geneva convention.
but it's not too hard to imagine going from an actress to a diplomat.
there's a certain kind of poise and image that needs to be in place for both.
so, you'd have a pretty easy time going into it, i think. especially with public relations involved.

so i think acting will help. that's why i got into it when i was a kid!
school plays are pretty different from negotiations between countries but you can use the skills you learn there
and besides i like meeting lots of people and seeing new places so it's a good fit!
