Who actually votes for someone who volunteers to die like that...?! Obviously someone who actually murdered wouldn't volunteer! That's like saying, "Sure, you can get away with it, real killer! We don't mind! We just want the easy way out!"
I think we got pictures, but - I dunno. There were two people involved besides Lan Wangji, that much is obvious. And there's the trail, but no sign of exactly where things started that night, or if he even fought back.

If they used the weight as a bludgeon, they'd need some kind of leverage to reach his head, for one. And how did the rapier break, anyway? Those things are surprisingly sturdy, even if they are blunted.
...maybe we should get one of those rapiers and try to break it on purpose, see what sort of impact could make it break? It might give us a better idea of what happened.
At the very least, doing that will give us a frame of reference for the future. But somehow I doubt our killers will be careless enough to use the same method, if they do it again.

I've got to say, out of all the schools I've been to, this is definitely the worst.
It's frustrating. It's almost certain that everything we need to find is in one of those construction areas, but we can't get any closer yet. And I don't think I'll have the vouchers to buy back any of my abilities yet... I could try setting up some traps even without them, but they might not work as well here.

Maybe you could use vouchers to buy something that might help you get into the construction areas...? Like, I dunno. If the problem is the sounds making us pass out... earplugs or something?
Worst case scenario, if it doesn't help you get into the construction areas, you've got something to make it easier to sleep if your dormmates are being loud!
Yeah, it kind of seems like you've got a lot of really interesting personalities in your dorm. Summer's kind of like that, too! There's always something going on.
