It's a chemical. They put it into water that a lot of people are going to be getting into because it kills germs.

Rome is landlocked, but there are tons of great beaches in Italy.
Way
better than the beaches in France.

Practically everything. France is further north, so it's chillier. But the weather in Italy is
perfect
when you want to go to the beach.
