[honestly this is probably while people are still texting the dorm heads and so on. lila has taken the opportunity to slip off to somewhere private, because... look! it's been like two and a half days! she shares a house and a room with a whole bunch of other people!

Think of it this way... If I tell somebody that you aren't as nice as you seem, there's no guarantee that they'll believe me. That could raise suspicion of me, because why would I go and make an announcement like that? And it's much easier to gather information when I don't have anybody watching my movements.
